At each stage I was asked if I understand and did I have any questions.

I felt that each stage I was not hurried. I was every confidence in the information I was given when you are conformable you relax and are able to fully undestand- there are no areas where you could improve.

Everyone has been so kind and supportive to my dad and my family at the most difficult time of our lives nothing is too much trouble and its greatly appreciated.

Review of St Luke’s Turnchapel EoL Urgent Care

The urgent care and community team were an incredible group of people making the end of my dad's life a little bit easier. The support was brilliant- the hugs we'd get when they walked through the door, the honesty, the smiles they put on our face. Two of the team sat with us for hours after their shift when he passed away to make sure we were okay - they go above and beyond and we will be eternally grateful for you all.
